(i)Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's or Bachelor's (4 years duration) degree in Computer Science / Electrical / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a University recognized by the HEC.orSecond Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer System Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a University recognized by the PEC.(ii)Ten (10) years post qualification experience in the fields of Data Management / Data Mining / Analytics / Big data or Machine Learning in Energy Sector from a Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Body / Private Sector Organization of repute.
Notes
(a) Length of experience shall be relaxable as follows: By four (4) years in case of Ph.D. and two (2) years in case of M.Phil. where the minimum qualification prescribed is Master's degree. By Six (6) years in case of Ph.D. and two (2) years in case of M.A or equivalent where the minimum qualifications prescribed is Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience can be further relaxed in addition to (i) and (ii) above by one (1) year in the outstanding cases as determined by FPSC. (b) Additional increments up to a maximum of six (6) increments may be allowed upon the recommendations of FPSC.
