Qualifications
(i)Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent qualifications with major in Power recognized by HEC.(ii)Three (3) years post qualification experience in the fields of planning, designing, execution, construction, management or technical appraisal or Electrical Power Generation or Transmission of High Voltage Alternating / Direct Current (HVAC / HVDC) or Electrical Distribution Systems / Network from a Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Body / Private Sector Organization of repute.
Notes
Length of experience shall be relaxable in case of Ph.D. and two years in case of M.A or equivalent where the minimum qualifications prescribed is Bachelor's degree or equivalent. (ii) Experience can be further relaxed in addition to (i) above by one year in the outstanding cases as determined by FPSC. Additional increments up to a maximum of six increments may be allowed upon the recommendation of the FPSC.
