i. At least Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC / PEC. ii. Five (5) years post qualification experience in the field of repairs of multi-layer printed Circuit Board / Use of specialized Diagnostic Test equipment / handling of Programmable ICs from a Private / Public Sector Organization. iii. Valid registration of the P.E.C.
